The ending is not creepy. It's symbolic of the message in the words that he was singing. Listen to it again, but this time close your eyes and feel what you hear. Consider the current state of the world, the economy, the way we treat each other, the neglect for our children, etc. and feel what you're hearing. Hopefully then, you'll remove the word 'creepy' from a sentence that has Marvin's name in it. Peace.

I find it hard to believe when you say Americans don't care. Whenever some country has had a hardship America was always there, first in line to render assistance. One only need to look at the victums of the sunami in Indonesia. American sailors were there to render assitance. To help those who were unable to help themselves.
