It's funny how everyone though that meadow was the last thing you see before the ending, she wasn't. Tony looking up at her was the very final scene. It shows that David Chase did an excellent job making us feel like we are looking through Tony's eyes. That's why I think he died in the end, the last thing he saw was meadow, and even though he was the last thing we see, we thought we saw meadown in the end just like tony did...Great job David Chase.

First, just because Meadow is engaged to Patrick Parisi doesn't mean that he or Patsy would know where they'd be, and even if they did, it doesn't mean they wanted Tony dead. Second, the storyline of Philly Spoons' death's effect on Patsy was wrapped up when Tony talked to him in Satriale's in Season 3, about getting over it. Well the logic would indicate T's demise. The often overlooked bad blood Patsy had towards Tony for killing his twin lingers.
