@Finbel: Vietnam can be justified the same way as our intervention in Korea was. 54,000 US troops died protecting South Korea from North Korean communist aggression. Back in Korea we had Truman followed by Eisenhower and a steadfast Congress. In Vietnam we had Johnson followed by Nixon who destroyed his presidency with Watergate which allowed a left wing Congress to cut off all military aid to South Vietnam which then fell to a 15 division attack from the North in 55 days.

My older brother served in the 1st Infantry in Vietnam. Like 75% of all soldiers who saw combat in Vietnam, he was a volunteer. Several years ago he died suddenly of a brain tumor which the doctor at the VA said was similar to those who were exposed to Agent Orange. Thank you for taking the time to make and post this video. My brother was always a hero to me. Like the soldier in this song, he never really came back from Vietnam.

I find it interesting how all these people & countries like to bad mouth the U.S. They won't stand and deliver when times are tough, but they are more than willing to come to the U.S. & ask for money, & then take.
