Great video, Your tottaly right about the dog allergies. i also have dogs with no fur, so we see dog allergies very quick and have learned what dogs are allergic to as well. I also have allergies to dogs fur and dander, but with the breed of dog i have i dont get the same allergy problems, its been a dream come true for me and my human allergies. we now breed American hairless Terriers for people with allergies. we have puppies now. come see my videos and website via my youtube page

It is sad, I feel very sorry for the people who lost loved ones. At the same time it is a little crazy how these things keep happening in the states but you guys still do nothing about reducing access to guns... it doesnt happen in the UK or Aus because we have strict gun laws. Still... very sad

I have to say that the live`s lost in Iraq were lost at a time of conflict. A life lost under any action is tragic. However this hanus crime is more tragic as these were students trying to better themselves in life. And not soldiers doing a job that they signed up for. You guys are great. But if condoms don't protect you fully and you were having sex outside of relationship there would be no way of knowing truthfully whether they had an STD. In this video the guy just met the girl after not having seen her in a while so even if he did ask she could lie about it. I guess the only thing you can do is use a condom and hope for the best in that kinda situation...that or don't have sex.

You did nothing but repeat all of the popular mis-informaiton about the HIV/AIDS fiasco. The virus still hasn't been properly isolated by the goal standard of viral isolation. What we did do was change the rules and claim to have found HIV using PCR to come up with a viral load number. Even Kary Mullis, the inventor of PCR, call the viral load a "viral load of crap".

It is difficult to go in a public restroom and exit germ free. Paper towels can help but many restrooms just have a hot air blower. Faucets, door handles can present problems. It still frustrates and amazes me when a guy will walks in a public restroom, urninates, and leaves without washing his hands.

I just heard a study- though there are so many you never know which ones to beleive- that says that simple washing with hot water and basic soap will do just as good of a job as the anti-bacterial hand sanitizers! But like many things that are markted to us, "anti-bacterial" sounds good. I totally agree that just regular basic washing is what's important- especially for anyone who makes food for other people, whether in a restauant or at home!

Thanks for bringing this point up. Too much of anything is not good and you are right, using hand sanitizer obsessively can result in damaging your skin. This would then leave you vulnerable to infection of microbes, ect... Best thing to do is wash your hands when you know they are contaminated or before eating (not every 5 minutes or something). -Paul

You should also have mentioned that hand sanitizers, such as Purell, kill off 99% of the bacteria on your skin, but also that 99% of the bacteria in ones body is good, and many help kill off bad bacteria. This means using hand sanitizers kill off the good bacteria aswell, leaving the hands less defensive against harmful bacteria.

you should also remoisterize your hands after washing them, preferably with an antimicrobial natural moisterizer like coconut oil. after you wash your hands, they're dry and easily vulnerable to airborne microbes.

Hello, I'm not Minh ngu khong. There was no cup of noodles, but i'm sure you meant the Ramen. The point of using ramen was, 1) i had it available, and secondly it was a GREAT example in showing how many "servings" it contained. I didn't choose it to talk about fat or sodium, even though I did make special mentions to the calories AND sodium content (you know, as a bonus). But thanks for pointing it out! :) -YHA minh

I think I'm in the target age bracket for this video. I used to drink lots of pop/soda, but now I drink green tea (loose leaf sencha). For anyone trying to "quit" pop, everytime you want one, just drink tea or water. After about a week you wont get cravings for pop anymore. As for "side effects" if you're drinking a few cans of Pepsi or Coke a day, you really don't need to worry about the tea's caffine content keeping you up at night! btw, I think Steve is a drug addict! ;D

Well it's like coffee which I drink a lot of too. ;) You have to pay attention to marketing and brands. Just because the product is healthy doesn't mean all brands of that product are good. A general rule of thumb is if it's real cheap then you get what you pay for health wise. That's why there is such a problem with obesity. Bad foods are cheap and easy to get (i.e. McDonalds)while healthier foods are much more expensive and not as convenient.

You mentioned that your habits have changed since you last saw your doctor, decent diet, working out, drinking tea, these all definitely help your blood pressure, but I suggest taking a look at an arm pressure gauge if you have one at home, or you can find them at your local pharmacy. Oh! Something I absolutely love is black liquorice! It's made of all natural wheat flour, molasses & liquorice extract and has no fat! But liquorice extract raises your blood pressure so you shouldn't eat too much of it and if you have high blood pressure it's best to avoid it... :(

How did the file converter work out? Great! It's what I used to upload my (currently) one and only YouTube video. I'm using a version of Xilisoft Video Converter - it's fairly straightforward and gets the job done nice and clean.

Pretty much, I drank Homogenized (which is like 4.8%? We didn't have whole milk here) until I was 12, then 2% until I was 18-ish (maybe 17)... just because I know I'd add on the pounds - we easily go through 4 litres (just over a gallon) of milk every 1.45 days, sometimes in less than 24 hours at my house. Most of that milk consumption is my fault! XD What can I say, I love the stuff.

Yeah, it's true that natural animal fat is important in your diet. Not loads and heaps of it, but some is good for you. I happen to drink tons of milk though, so since I'm 22 I've cut down to 1% from 2%. I could never go for Skim, though - that tastes like water.

Yes good point about the choices of cereal, but I guess I wasn't clear enough -- I DID mention to watch out for sugar intake, and those cereals (trix, cocoa) happen to perfectly exemplify this. How are you going to use Trix and Cocoa puffs as examples...not only do they contain LOADS of sugar, they are full of artificial coloring and flavoring. Whole grain cereal w/no more than 6g sugar is healthy...cheerios, kashi, grape nuts...add a little fruit if you like the sweetness.

Spearmint is even better, but it's hard to find just pure spearmint herb tea, and I've never liked the taste of any mints I've grown for tea- to get the best flavor I'm sure they grow it in just the right soil. Anyway, Celestial Seasonings has a good pure peppermint tea. Great iced, but also very good hot when you have a cold.
